• Registration data is stored securely in Google Sheets, accessible only to authorized personnel.
• Form responses are processed and stored in Tally.so (GDPR-compliant servers in the EU).
• Payment records are handled by Stripe.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your data only as long as necessary:

• Event registration data: Deleted 6 months after the event.
• Financial records (for tax purposes): Retained per legal requirements.

After this period, data is permanently deleted.
